I'm a great fan of mead and had to visit the meadery when in the area. Did not regret the decision at all. My husband and I arrived in time for lunch and we really enjoyed the wings and roast Mediterranean veg. I then had a mead tasting board - was such a treat. Would recommend meal and tasting boards.The shop and info centre is gorgeous with bright yellow walls, decorations, fairy lights and beautiful displays. A charming outdoor area overlooks a beautiful lake. Would recommend visiting and enjoying this beautiful spot.

The mead here is lovely, very unique with beautiful flavours. We all enjoyed every one of them, especially the Mandarin and Ginger Mead.The lady at the counter was very helpful and nice. We also got to try some different honeys which were to good not to take some home.There was a huge variety of products, but hopefully we will some in other shops over in QLD if we are lucky!

Chill vibe, love the BYO bbq idea. Good value tastings and so many fine quality drinks.Recommend the macadamia chocolate stout mead.Nice change from some of the ostentatious breweries in the area.

The lady behind the counter is not kid friendly, our kids were inquiring why one of the tasting bottles was empty and she just went off at them. Also my daughter asked the price of an item and when she went to go pay the price surprisingly went up, what kind of person steals from a 8 year old. We are so disgusted, we have nothing good to say.

Absolutely delicious food, fantastic mead, wine and beer and the tastiest honey products all in one spot! Add some education about bees and a great, kid-friendly outdoor space and you have everything you need for a perfect outing everyone will enjoy!
